» I was at a party drinking only water and i all of a sudden felt really nauseous and dizzy...I didnt have much to eat except sweets all day, so I did get some chicken nuggets on the way home. When i got home I felt extremely weak, dizzy, nasueous and felt like I was gonna pass out. I went to bed and it felt like my eyes were rolling back in my head. Very scary feeling. What is causing this???? I do have acid refulx, IBS, and a bulged disc in my cervical spine. But I feel that this is bc of something else. Please help?
